This document has not been drafted or reviewed yet. It is a routing placeholder so footer links resolve during development. The service must not be offered commercially until legal counsel supplies the operative text, including governing law, the data controller and processor split, retention and deletion periods, the subprocessor list, and the incident-notification commitment.

- Terms of service and acceptable use
- Privacy notice covering student and guardian personal data
- Data processing addendum with the subprocessor list
- Retention, export and deletion policy, with consent version tracking
