I’ll be honest with you.
I was not gifted with a naturally tight, lifted, and perky looking butt.
I’ve had to work to earn it.
My butt used to be one of my biggest insecurities.

- You over-do the cardio. Stop that! This simply isn’t necessary, and anyone that’s done a ton of cardio can tell you first hand, it’s not the answer to getting a nice booty. Too much cardio can actually reverse your booty gainz. I want you to shorten your cardio time to only 40 minutes maximum PER WEEK. That’s right. With Build a Butt EXTREME you’ll be doing 2 cardio sessions per week that only take up to 20 minutes, maximum!
