The Courageous Living Program is a 90-day program that teaches you how to stop being limited by hidden fears.
Using exploratory strategies, the Brave Living Program will help you figure out how to do this.
– Come Out – and Rejoice! – about what is actually possible when you are not stuck in limiting thinking or old fear-based habits
– Identify hidden fears, behaviors and belief systems that sabotaged your past efforts to change
– Prioritize what matters most and stick to them, even when life challenges you.
What needs to be done to make your life really good?
Is this “rocking my priorities, completely changing my life, trust + bright Faith + knowing that I’ll always find my way” kind of good?
This is how life feels when you are basically navigating from the place of courage. You are based on your choices and your truth, the priorities are clear, and you do not doubt, hesitate, and do not doubt yourself.
Here’s what people told me about why they decided to start a courageous living program:
“I’ve already done some personal work, but none of it worked. This is what ultimately helped me make lasting change. ”
“I’m tired of knowing that another year has passed and my life hasn’t changed.”
“It’s time to start my business, but first I had to do something to get out of my own path, because otherwise fear will prevail.”
“I love Bren Brown’s work. I was tired of sitting with shame and I really wanted to do something about it. ”
“I know I don’t need psychotherapy, but I wanted to do deeper personal work.”
Every time I really followed my delight, it took me somewhere really great and really interesting. No matter what you find funny and delightful, your intuition says, “Yes!”
– Andrea Scher, from our interview with Courageous Life
Andrea Sher
“It helped me stop ‘doing’ all the time and start ‘being’ and asking myself what ‘being’ meant to me. I really took a step forward to take responsibility for my life and stop just going through the movements. L. S.
“The questions you ask have prompted me to explore how I can better use my time and talents. I appreciate your gift to write things as they are, without hiding problems and challenging erroneous thinking. ” -J. B. S.
You don’t need endless navel analysis or more visual board workshops; you need intellectual self-help.
This is a program for people who are really ready for a change – now.
This is a program for people who are tired of wasting time on doubts, hesitations, doubts and the inner anxiety of a critic.
This is a program for people who are tired of the endless stream of online courses and newsletters pulling your attention in fifty different directions.
This is a program for people who know that it is time to get serious about their business and get serious results.
The Brave Living Program takes a strategic and heartfelt approach to dealing with fear: let’s take root in your true values and make a difference, clarify the inner self-talk that makes it difficult, and take proactive steps to make a difference.
I will not tell you, “think positively.” This is a smart and strategic approach to creating your courageous life, and you are charting a course –
– just not old fears,
-not what other people think,
– not the kind of work that sucks the soul,
– not the amount of money in your bank account.
You are the one who created the life you lived – and you will be the one who creates your courageous life, now.
Courage is not what you have; this is what you decide to practice.
People who understand this stop hoping that life will be perfect, or endlessly subscribe to new e-courses. People who practice courage know how to face problems or challenges without being thrown down and use everything as an opportunity for growth.
Their joy is more accessible and their enthusiasm is irresistible. This is what it means to live 100% completely alive.
Daniel Laporte is not about focusing on why you have self-esteem issues. It’s about focusing on your ability to expand into great joy. ”
– Daniel Laporte, from The Courageous Life program (interview included)
How the program works
Life Inventory. Assess your life – what really works? What’s wrong? Going through this process will reveal your strengths, shed light on chronic patterns, and identify opportunities for change.
Establishing the main focus. Be focused and determined. Your personal primary focus for the program is up to you. Each chapter, video seminar, and interview is designed to help you confront areas of concern as you take action to achieve that goal.
Identifying and releasing the patternnew, which drain energy. No more people who are nice, emotional, or overly committed. Say no with healthy boundaries and prioritize your true desires.
You will be able to actively use the tools from the very first module. It’s not about thinking positively or trying to visualize your path to a better life, it’s about real change.
The goal is to be happy no matter what; it is joy in everything. This is a rich territory. This is a practical joy. If you really practice this, you will spend a lot of time in a wonderful, chaotic mid-beyond extremes. ”
– Sark, from our interview with the Courageous Life program (included in the program!)
Marianne Elliotti, you cannot avoid all this. – It will manifest in your world. The beauty of the conscious Path is that you also awaken to everything that is beautiful, everything that is joyful, everything that is loving, touching, touching and filled with heart. Either you are awake and getting it all, or you are off and getting nothing. ”
– Marianne Elliott, from our CLP interview

More information on lifestyle:
Lifestyle is the interests, opinions, behavior and behavioral orientations of an individual, group or culture.
This term was coined by the Austrian psychologist Alfred Adler to mean “the basic character of a person established in early childhood.”
For example, in her 1929 book, The Ms. R. Case, a broader understanding of lifestyle as a “way or lifestyle” has been documented since 1961.
A way of life is a combination of defining intangible or material factors.
Material factors are directly related to demographic variables, that is, to the demographic profile of an individual,
while intangible factors relate to psychological aspects of a person, such as personal values, preferences and attitudes.
The rural environment has a different way of life compared to the urban metropolis.
Location is important even within the city.
The nature of a person’s neighborhood influences the range of lifestyles available
this person due to differences in the degree of affluence of different regions and proximity to the natural and cultural environment.
For example, areas close to the sea can often have a surf culture or lifestyle.
