Arichive : Grant Ambrose – 0-100K Case Study
Are you looking for a review on Grant Ambrose and his 0-100K case study that he’s currently selling for $497? Well today I’ll show you what it’s all about, whether it’s worth it and ultimately should you buy it.
The course includes an over the shoulder insight into how he started a Shopify store that went from 0 to 100k in sales revenue in 30 days. You get the full product and some training videos.
Firstly, why would someone making 100k per month, share their winning product for $497? Wouldn’t you scale it up to a 7 figure store?
It’s because the 100k was actually revenue, not profit, which the sales page does show you. It’s revealed the pre tax profit is 10%. Folks, revenue means nothing without understanding the cost of goods, fixed costs and taxes payable, but it’s a great way to sell a course.
Secondly, the product is probably saturated so there wouldn’t be much point in buying the course just to sell the exact same product using a similar ad. With that said, who is this course really for?
It’s not a fully fledged course, it’s more of an overview on how Grant Ambrose creates his campaigns and scales them. If you’ve considered buying Royal eCom or eCom Blueprint, this would fit in the same category.
Table of Contents
Who is Grant Ambrose?
Grant Ambrose is a relatively new Youtuber with 870 subscribers and a wide range of videos. Most only receive less than one hundred views at most. That’s quite a small number of followers for 12 months of uploading.
Based in Sydney he’s an ex developer who is ‘rebuilding his life’ through eCommerce.
He’s got a few courses out there, a free one on dropshipping as well as his premium training.
He claims to have made over 4 million from his stores.
Grant uses the sales page to show you how he went from a negative bank balance in 2017 to making some serious cash. The figures are hundreds of thousands of dollars and now he’s sharing the entire process with you and while he can’t guarantee you’ll have similar success, you might.
While most people seem to be promoting Shopify, Grant uses CommerceHQ and Dropified on all of his stores. I have to say it’s the first person I’ve seen recommending CommerceHQ.
0-100K Case Study Review
Currently the course, which is hosted on the Teachable platform, offers 54 videos. More are being added regularly apparently. Teachable is a great platform as videos look and feel great on mobile, desktop and tablet.
You also get access to bonus content including, Klaviyo email setup and using tracking numbers to automatically send them to customers.
The course content is split up into two sections, funnels and Facebook Ads. These are the only two sources, there’s no other marketing covered in the course. All the money made by Grant was done via FB Ads.
So if you wanted to learn about Instagram Influencers or IG Ads, Google Ads, Google Shopping, Bing, Pinterest, Twitter or Snapchat you won’t find it in this course.
The course covers the basics of creating a campaign, retargeting. There is also the winning product and why it was successful. However the content is not really any different to other courses out there.
Verdict
It’s a case study that worked for Grant Ambrose, will it work for you? Who knows. For $497, there are many other more conclusive courses that showcase the entire dropshipping process. Ultimately you need to find a winning product which is the hardest part. There’s no secret to this, you can use tools such as these which can help.
But any course can give you the foundations to Facebook Ads and optimization. One of the best and cheapest courses is called eCom Elites which costs $197-$297 and covers the entire A-to-Z process (200+ videos).

Remember, a winning product is like giving away the secret recipe to a fast food outlet, it just doesn’t happen. So why would someone need to create a case study for $497 and sell it when it was such a profitable product?
It doesn’t make sense.
Because it’s easier to make money that way.
